As for the Post-Retirement Annuities, these are for clients that will be buying the mandatory annuities with 2/3rd of their pension total balance upon retirement to set up a retirement annuity that will be paying them a monthly income. When it comes to a Provident Fund, the client has a choice to use 2/3rd of their total balance for monthly annuities or to seize/withdraw their entire balance upon retirement.

When you choose to take us on as your intermediary, we handle all the admin that comes with the products/ services you’re subscribed to. Here are a few admin tasks that we as your chosen intermediary assists with:

  • Initial paperwork (applications, intermediary appointment etc…)
  • Overseeing timeously payments of premiums and fund contributions
  • Providing quarterly reports
  • Updating any changes to member data and benefits (New employees, resignations etc…)
  • Aiding outgoing members with the transfer of their fund balances to their new employer’s pension fund, with the transfer of funds to preservation funds, & and guiding them through the process of withdrawing their funds if they wish to do so
  • Distributing the members’ annual fund statements
